Manjaro-Arm 16.08 Release

With the end of August coming soon, it only felt right to release the next snapshot for Manjaro-Arm. Currently, the Minimal and Base editions are live however, the Server Edition will be up soon. I expect the Media Edition to come in the next few days.
While some have you may have noticed we have been working on the repos again which means somethings broke, got fixed, and may have broke again. We are sorry about this, really we are. Some of these issues were simply unavoidable due to the way that we must maintain the mirrors moving forward. The good news is, we have finally put in place a very permanent solution to package updates and set them update on a regular basis. Being a new distro (even coming from the mentality of an established one such as Manjaro) some issues like this are expected. We can only make progress to keep them from happening on a regular basis and that is exactly what we have done.
I will consider this 16.08 release as a beta release and expect a few bugs. I cant catch everything so if you catch some issues, please let us know and we will fix. I expect a final version with any plausible bug fixes to be pushed out soon.
Moving forward, we plan on doing releases every 3 or so months with the next coming in late November or December. This gives us enough time to focus on package management during the time between releases to ensure that our repos, packages, and bugfixes are kept up to date and stable.
