GTK 3.20 Update and New base themes

As some of you may have noticed, the repo now contains gtk 3.20. With any gtk or qt toolkit update, some old themes may break. This was obviously the case for the Manjaro Menda theme that is preinstalled and configured on the Base edition. 

Manjaro has decided to switch from their Menda theme group to a Vertex theme with maia styling. Like Manjaro, we have also decided to switch and use the Vertex theme with Manjaro-Arm Base edition. Currently the theme is being worked on however, it looks great and is compatible with gtk 3.20.

Community,

I have been extremely busy lately with some medical issues however, that is starting to lighten up for a while. While we have been waiting for the Manjaro team to provide us with the software to grab archlinux packages to support our repo, it seems that I can not wait anymore. I have found a way to do it manually with a few commands and some partial scripting. I would like to streamline it even more but I am not the script genius that I know some people are so it might be easier to get some help with that.
