We are coming back!!!!

We are starting things back up at Manjaro-Arm. The team has been restructured lead by Strit. There are a few more changes but for the most part, we are back in full swing.
We will start out supporting just a few devices but like before and always, we are open to support any ARM device that can run Linux.
The core team includes:
- Strit - Project Lead
- dodgejcr - anything and everything when time prevails
- GrayJack - Package maintainer
- fhdk - Package maintainer
- cscs - Package maintainer
